When you place an order, we collect only what we need to deliver it to you:
We do not collect online payments, card numbers, bank details, or passwords — you pay on delivery.
We do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to, and we never sell your personal information.
Your name, phone number and delivery address are shared only with the delivery partner handling your shipment, strictly so they can deliver your order. That is the only third party that receives your data.
Our store uses the X (Twitter) advertising pixel. This technology may set cookies or read device identifiers so X can measure ad performance (for example, counting when an order is completed after an ad click). No personal details from your order form are sent to X. You can control cookies and ad personalization through your X settings and your browser.
The site also stores a small preference in your browser's local storage to remember your light/dark theme choice. It contains no personal information.
Order details are kept only as long as needed to complete delivery and handle any after-sales issue you raise, then deleted on a rolling basis.
